OIC has formally signed the Heads of Terms with GRIP, deepening its commitment to the consortium’s clean energy rollout. The agreement positions OIC as a strategic player in the capital formation and execution phases. This alliance strengthens GRIP’s institutional and social credibility and execution capacity. Both parties aim to co-develop flagship clean energy projects within the West Africa Clean Energy Hub and the South West Corridor of Nigeria.
