About Us
Who We Are
Powering Progress, Sustainably.
At Grid Resilient Infrastructure Projects PLC (GRIP), we are reshaping Nigeria’s energy narrative by accelerating the transition from fossil fuels to clean, reliable, and sustainable energy.
GRIP is the first renewable energy group with power plants on the ground and a museum in the cloud. Our dual-balance sheet model fuses hard megawatts with soft cultural monopoly — making us unreplicable in both infrastructure and narrative.
Emerging from the merger of Isolo Power Generation Limited (IPGL), Isolo Power Supply Company Limited (IPSCL), and Iwopin Paper and Pulp Company Limited (IPPCL), GRIP combines engineering precision with environmental stewardship to create resilient grid assets that generate predictable cash flows, command sovereign-grade investment, and accelerate the global energy transition.
As a publicly listed company, GRIP is positioned at the forefront of Nigeria’s renewable energy revolution, with a focus on large-scale solar infrastructure, battery energy storage, and grid-stability solutions that are critical to bridging the nation’s power supply gap.

Mission &
Vision
Mission
To transform Africa’s energy landscape through climate-adaptive, large-scale solar, storage, and grid infrastructure.
Vision
To generate substantial, reliable, and clean energy while ensuring consistency, resilience, and long-term value in power supply.
Why We Exist
Africa’s overreliance on fossil fuels has led to environmental degradation, energy insecurity, and economic inefficiency. Nigeria alone faces a severe generation shortfall, particularly in rural and underserved communities, where unreliable electricity limits productivity, inflates costs, and stifles growth.
GRIP is committed to solving this by deploying scalable, bankable, and future-ready energy systems that deliver:
Consistent, affordable, and resilient power
- Significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions
- Expanded energy access for millions
- Increased investor confidence through stable, sovereign-grade infrastructure
Our Leadership
Our board and executive team comprise energy sector veterans, infrastructure innovators, and financial experts with a shared goal: to deliver clean power to scale, responsibly and sustainably.
